We’re delighted to announce that from the 15th of June we will be welcoming Clients back to 11 Savile Row and W57th Street by appointment. It will be business as usual, and your welfare and comfort remains our top priority.
We are following COVID19 guidelines closely and would like to offer you more information on the ways in which we’re keeping you safe when you visit us in-store.
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients and cutters we will be operating by appointment. Our Client Managers and Cutters have been trained with the latest guidance from the UK Government, to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff whilst visiting Huntsman. You’ll enjoy the freedom to move around the shop with the assurance of 2 meters social distance at all times.
We have ensured that we have sensor-operated hand sanitisers installed at the store entrance and around the store. You’ll notice that all Huntsman staff will be wearing face masks for the duration of your visit.
We have 3 separate fitting rooms available to you. The Kingsman Room, The Hammick Room, and the First floor VIP Club Room. Each fitting room will be cleaned regularly between appointments. Your Cutter and Client Manager will wear face masks and gloves at all times whilst in your fitting.
You may usually be accompanied by a spouse/partner, but we would kindly ask this is kept to rare occasions. If you do wish to bring a partner, please notify your client manager prior to your appointments to ensure extra visitors can be accommodated. For those clients wishing to bring a partner, or have more extended social distancing, our VIP Clubroom will be available. Please contact your Huntsman Client manager directly to book the Clubroom.
