The Huntswoman Of Tomorrow

Luxury, longevity and versatility define a stylish collection for the contemporary woman

Huntsman presents the Huntswoman of Tomorrow, a collection designed in collaboration with Creative Director, Editor and Stylist Susan Bender Whitfield and Sustainability Intelligence Platform, Ethical Era.

This collection focuses on wardrobe versatility and longevity in luxury womenswear, the result is a fully customisable bespoke wardrobe, designed to seamlessly transition from business to leisure and day to night, without compromising on style.

At the heart of this collection is a signature Huntsman bespoke jacket which can be transformed with interchangeable lapels, pockets and accessories to create six signature looks, each inspired by a remarkable woman from the Huntsman archives which span over 170 years.

For chic workwear versatility, from boardroom to business brunching and elegant accessorising whilst on the go. Heritage design has had a chic reimagining for in-town attire.

The Bette

The distinctive collarless jacket serves as the foundation for the whole collection, cut in Huntsman's iconic one-button design with a cardigan collar, which is versatile enough to be dressed up, down and accessorised, and is designed in beautifully rich black barathea cloth

The Marlene

Add a classic notch lapel, so easy to style for smart-casual, business-casual, or business-formal engagements. The natural density of the jacket cloth means it looks as good paired with your favourite indigo denim, as it does with silk or satin skirts or trousers.

The Hepburn

This chic pockets belt takes inspiration from Huntsman’s history as an equestrian tailor and is inspired by the bellow pockets of a classic shooting coat, the shape of which has been refined and modernised in chic black leather. Attached around the waist of the jacket, these statement pockets act to positively exaggerate the silhouette and are as practical as they are stylish. Finished in leather from Muirhead, producers of the world's lowest carbon leather.

Reimagine eveningwear with a glamorous and sophisticated uptake to the classic tuxedo jacket, playful cuffs and exquisite lapels.

The Liz

Playing with the idea of transitioning easily from day to night, delicate organza cuffs can be attached easily to the inside of the jacket sleeves, giving the jacket exaggerated movement and fluidity, for a playful, evening look.

The Astaire

This traditional peak lapel collar is enhanced and elevated, completely embellished with black Swarovski crystals elevating this look from ordinary to extraordinary. Throwing sharp contrasts against the simple, streamlined shape of the jacket, this lapel plays with light and texture for a sophisticated, seductive style.

For those show stopping moments. Events you want to remember, and be remembered for!

The LaLanne

Shawl lapels made entirely of the finest silk, hand-embroidered by artisan Livia Papiernik. Inspired by the androgyny of iconic Huntsman women such as Marlene Deitrich, it is the proportions of a men's smoking jacket that influence the shape of this lapel. To complement the shawl lapel, add the easy-tie waist belt in satin for additional detailing.

The Gayatri

The jewel that crowns the entire collection, this stunning full-length semi-sheer gilet-style bodice can be added over the jacket with an easy-tie belt that extends from the bottom of the jacket to form a train. You will fall in love with the way this bodice moves and falls as you walk. Made of silk and may be worn with any other collar type or without one at all.

Designed for you

As is the beauty of bespoke tailoring, this collection evolves with the requirements of each client. These signature looks invite interpretation and customization, for a wardrobe that can continue to be elaborated upon. With each interchangeable element, this collection is designed to showcase the breadth of what the world’s finest handcrafted clothes can offer.

The collection starts at £5000 for the signature black jacket and is available now by appointment
