The Road to Kilmartin
This season, we present our Autumn-Winter 2026 ready-to-wear collection - marking ten years since Campbell Carey joined the house as Head Cutter and Creative Director. For him, it is the most personal work he has put his name to; an homage to Scotland, to the traditions of Savile Row, and as ever, to the intricacy and majesty of tweed. The campaign takes its inspiration from the west coast of Scotland and from Carey's own formative years growing up there, tracing a route from the north of Glasgow into the Highlands, then round Loch Fyne to Kilmartin Glen, long considered the cradle of Scottish history.
It is a landscape Carey came to know well as a boy spent outdoors, one that shines even in poor weather, sometimes shifting through four seasons in a single day, which only adds to the drama. Big skies and changing light draw out a wide range of hues from the rugged terrain, and it is that mood the collection leans on: subtle textures set against not-so-subtle colour combinations, built on 177 years of house knowledge. The tweeds, checks and knitwear of Autumn/Winter 2026 are drawn directly from that landscape, translated into cloth. The connection runs deeper than campaign styling alone: the collection's exclusive shooting tweed is woven under the name Teviotdale, after the valley in the Scottish Borders, a fitting anchor for a season built around Carey's own heritage.
Tailoring for Town
Tailoring for town is represented by three exclusive house cloths cut into single-breasted jackets: a grey twill tweed overcheck in orange, mustard, brown and blue; a brown and toffee lambswool herringbone; and a navy and burgundy hairline check woven in one hundred per cent cashmere. A matching cap and jacket in the same hairline check extend the story into accessories, alongside caps in the grey overcheck and brown lambswool cloths.
Suiting
Anchoring the collection's tailoring is a substantial navy 4-ply suit woven from Escorial wool, spun from New Zealand yarn and finished using our London Shrunk construction, a traditional shrinking and moulding process that builds shape into the cloth itself rather than relying on heavy canvassing alone. It is joined by a brown herringbone tweed suit and a navy suit in a fine heritage twill, each fully canvassed and cut to our single-breasted, one-button silhouette.
The Teviotdale Tweed
The collection's sporting core is built around this exclusive Teviotdale tweed, woven in Scotland and treated for enhanced water resistance. The tweed appears across a field coat with a waterproof membrane and hinged sleeve for unrestricted movement through the shooting mount, a fully lined shooting vest with suede gun patches for left- and right-handed shooters, breeks with suede-trimmed pocket openings, and a pair of country caps, the pieces closest, in both name and material, to the collection's origin story.
The Balmacaan Overcoat
Among the season's outerwear, the Brown Tweed Balmacaan Overcoat stands as the collection's key piece, its name itself a fragment of Scottish history, taken from the Balmacaan estate near Inverness where the style is said to have originated. Cut with a raglan sleeve and a storm collar for genuine protection against the weather, and finished with a fly front closure and hand-finished buttonholes, it carries the loose, generous silhouette the Balmacaan has always been built for, room enough to move, and to layer easily over a sports coat or jacket beneath it. It is the natural outer layer for the season's tailoring, and, fittingly, a coat whose own history runs back to the same landscape at the heart of this collection's campaign.
For the Occasion
Evening wear spans three dinner jackets: a bottle green cotton velvet with a shawl lapel, a midnight cotton velvet with a satin-faced notch lapel, and an ecru barathea in one hundred per cent worsted wool, paired with Black Watch tartan dinner trousers finished with a satin waistband, and our midnight barathea fishtail trousers.
Huntsman x John Smedley Knitwear
Knitwear comes from our continued collaboration with John Smedley, one of Britain's oldest knitwear manufacturers: a double-zip jumper in grey and a quarter-zip in midnight, both spun from a fifty-fifty cashmere and merino blend and carrying the two houses' dual label.
Finishing Touches
The collection is completed by a run of country accessories: silk ties in signature Huntsman motifs, pointer, terrier and pheasant, alongside a set of madder silk ties in daisy, micro daisy, crevette and postage-stamp repeats; and two wool-and-silk scarves in an exclusive navy-and-white design.

Ten years in, I wanted this collection to go back to where so much of my own passion for menswear and tailoring began. The road to Kilmartin took us through the landscape that inspired me to see colour in the first place, and it felt right to let that same landscape shape what we've put into the collection."
